Do not use Bonalta to create ads that are unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, misleading, or designed to evade ad-platform review systems.

Do not enter patient medical records, diagnosis details, treatment histories, or unnecessary personal health information into campaign copy fields. Patient or client images may only be used when you have the required rights and marketing consent.

You must review AI-generated images and copy before publishing. Do not represent AI-generated people, outcomes, testimonials, or before-and-after claims as real unless you have the legal basis and documentation to do so.

You are responsible for complying with Meta, Google, TikTok, and any other ad platform's current advertising policies. Bonalta compliance checks are guidance, not a guarantee of approval.

We may remove content or suspend access for violations, abuse, security risk, or activity that could harm Bonalta, its customers, or advertising platforms.
