How does the trial work?
Each workspace starts with a 14-day trial. You can create campaigns, test exports, and evaluate the full workflow before choosing a paid plan.
How do I cancel?
Open Settings > Billing and use the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation and payment-method updates are handled securely by Stripe.
What is an ad surface?
An ad surface is one exported deliverable: one campaign size in one language. A campaign with 16 sizes and 2 languages can produce 32 ad surfaces.
How do I request a HIPAA BAA?
Contact support@bonalta.com. Agency customers that need a BAA should request it before uploading patient assets.
Can Bonalta push directly to Meta, Google, or TikTok?
Not yet. Today Bonalta exports ZIP, PDF, CSV manifests, HTML5 bundles, and MP4 files. Direct OAuth publishing is on the roadmap, but the current launch surface is export-first.
